It was a day full of laughter, emotion and amazing memories for Ben & Shara as they tied the knot at the beautiful Petwood Hotel, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire.
The day started early with bridal preparations – Shara was joined by 8 bridesmaids; Alannah, Georgia, Bethany, Emma, Lauren, Charis, Nicole and James. Also in attendance was the mother of the bride Carolyn and the mother of the groom Julie. Shara wore a beautiful dress from Love and Lace Bridal with wedding flowers courtesy of Flowers by Maxine. Make up was applied by the very talented Henna Jasmin with hair by Mirror images hair salon.
Meanwhile Ben and his best man Steve were getting ready back in Sleaford accompanied by groomsmen Kieran, Chris, Alex, Lea, Daniel, father of the bride Steve Eaton plus friends Tom and George. The boys enjoyed a beer or two before being picked up by a big white limousine - courtesy of limo hire Lincoln.
Shara walked down the aisle to big smiles and happy tears to the tune of A thousand years part 2 and the couple said their vows in front of friends and family. The bride was given away by her father Steve and the vows were delivered in front of witnesses George and Leane. There were beautiful readings by Lea, Tim and Georgia.
After the ceremony the confetti was thrown and the guests retreated into the venue’s gardens whilst the new Mr & Mrs Nippard had formal pictures taken in front of the tudor house. There was even time for an impromptu game of 'toss the groom'.
The speeches were full of emotion – there were tears of joy and laughter especially at the old photo’s of Shara and Ben (and the rest of the family) which were displayed on the big screen thanks to Georgia and Sammi.
The choice of song for the first dance was 'perfect' by Ed Sheeran performed by singer/guitarist James Harvey (there was also a father/daughter dance).. There was lots of emotion when James was joined on the stage by the Bride’s sister Alannah who performed the songs 'Like I'm gonna lose you' and Shara's favourite song 'Life that's good' from Nashville.
Everyone enjoyed the evening whether that was dancing, dressing up in the photobooth, drinking tequila or all three!
